what are we feeding in our bodies?  are we watering areas that are going to promote health, or disease?

my cute raw foods teacher cali, would often talk about the goal to have "the best foods ever, the best thoughts ever, and the best emotions ever."
for me, my journey in healing started with food (and let's be clear, i'm not perfect in this area, but i'm not finished either!). 
getting my physical body back in order.
i couldn't really think great thoughts when my body was so sick and tired.  
i've mentioned it before.
but, i'm going to mention it again.
haven't heard of it?
neither had i.
it's an overgrowth of yeast in your bodies.
ladies, don't automatically write this off--you do not need to have had a yeast infection to have an overgrowth of yeast.
it can be at the root of eczema, headaches, allergies, panic attacks, pms, fatigue, ear infections, sugar cravings. . . the list is a long one.

and jonelle hughe's free ebooks.  please read "Road to Recovery: From Autoimmune Disease."  it is not only informative, practical, and inspiring--it is really beautiful.  she shares some thoughts about 'holistic healing.'  the last page features a chart of the things she had to let go of, to be freed from and then what she received.   
is it worth it to let go of refined sugars to be freed of a list of health complaints and receive a body free of dis-ease?  
if you have a yeasty-gut feeling that this might be the root of your problems (joan, may i include this?  i laughed SO hard over this!!!).
do not panic.
you can do it.
and i'll share a few ways how.
